Estonia is a small market with a disproportionately digital one. Local shops, banks, e-Residency portals and public services behave differently depending on where the request comes from, and a Latvian or Finnish IP is not close enough: the price list, the language switch and the ad rotation all change. Same story with search: to see what a user in Tallinn sees on a .ee query, the request has to leave from an Estonian address.
The catalog splits Estonia availability by product, not by provider, and that matters here. A seller with Estonia in the residential pool very often has nothing Estonian in ISP, and the datacenter list for this country is short. Below is what to buy for which task, and then each type separately with prices and the sellers that actually carry Estonia.
- Rotation Residential from $1.30/GB: scraping local sites and SERP.
- ISP (static residential) from $1.99/IP: stable accounts and long sessions.
- Dedicated Datacenter from $0.77/IP: bulk requests to lightly protected targets.
- Rotation Mobile from $1.60/GB: social networks and mobile apps.
- Dedicated Mobile from $26.91/IP: one permanent carrier IP per account.
- Rotation Datacenter from $0.45/GB: cheap traffic with no IP list to manage.
Rotation residential proxies with Estonian IPs
Rotating residential addresses come from real home connections of Estonian internet providers, and the gateway hands you a different IP on every request or holds one for a session. For .ee targets this is the default working option: local shops, classifieds and search results rarely question a residential Telia or Elisa address, while a server subnet gets a captcha on the second page. You pay per gigabyte, so the bill scales with how much HTML you pull, not with how many addresses you touch.
Estonia is available in the rotating residential pools of 45 sellers in our catalog, which makes this the widest choice of all six types on this page. Five of them are below, and the price spread inside that five is almost fourfold. Proxy Seller goes down to $1.30/GB at 3000 GB and holds $2.20/GB already at 100-150 GB. Thordata is close behind with $2.20/GB at 70-95 GB and $1.80/GB from 500-600 GB. NodeMaven reaches $2.75/GB only at 1000 GB, Relayox gives the same $2.75/GB from 200 GB, and Proxyscrape starts high at $4.85/GB for 5-8 GB and needs 5000 GB to reach $1.50/GB.
Put a real number on it. A monthly scraping job of 100 GB against Estonian retail costs $220 at the Proxy Seller rate for that step and the same $220 at Thordata, against $300 at Relayox and $430 at Proxyscrape for the same volume band. Over a year that gap is larger than most people's tooling budget, which is why the volume step you sit on matters more than the headline price.
None of that is worth guessing at. Relayox sells a $1/200MB trial, NodeMaven has a $3.50 entry package, Proxy Seller a $1.99 one, and promo codes cut the first order further: CAPYRATE35 at NodeMaven and QALCDK_843602 at Proxy Seller. Buy the smallest package, run your own targets through it for a day, and only then commit to a volume tier.
Rotation Residential Proxies, $/GB
| Provider | Small volume | Medium volume | Large volume |
|---|---|---|---|
| NodeMaven | $5.31 (2 GB) | $3.98 (40-60 GB) | $2.75 (1000 GB) |
| Relayox | $4.25 (2 GB) | $3.00 (100-150 GB) | $2.75 (200 GB) |
| Proxyscrape | $4.85 (5-8 GB) | $3.25 (250-350 GB) | $1.50 (5000 GB) |
| Proxy Seller | $3.50 (1 GB) | $2.20 (100-150 GB) | $1.30 (3000 GB) |
| Thordata | $3.50 (10-13 GB) | $2.20 (70-95 GB) | $1.80 (500-600 GB) |
Proxy Seller and Thordata pull ahead as soon as you cross roughly 70-100 GB a month, and they stay ahead through the mid tiers. Proxyscrape only wins at the very top of the ladder, where the commitment is measured in thousands of gigabytes. ISP proxies (static residential) for Estonia
ISP proxies and static residential proxies are the same product under two names: an address that belongs to a consumer internet provider but sits on server hardware, so it does not rotate and does not go offline when someone's router reboots. You pay per IP per month, not per gigabyte, and the traffic through it is normally not metered.
In Estonia this is the format for anything that has to stay logged in: marketplace and social accounts, banking and government portals that flag a session where the IP changes mid-form, long crawls where a stable fingerprint is worth more than a fresh address. Rotation is exactly what breaks those workflows, so the per-IP model is not a compromise here, it is the point.
The pricing logic differs sharply between the three sellers that carry Estonia. Proxy-Cheap is flat: $1.99/IP whether you take one address or 1000-1500 of them. BrightData starts at $3.00/IP for 20-30 IPs and only reaches $2.50/IP at 1000-1500. Novada is the steepest curve of the three, $7.00/IP at 5 addresses and $4.40/IP at 10, dropping to $2.35/IP at 400-500. For a working fleet of 25 Estonian ISP addresses that is $49.75 a month at Proxy-Cheap against $75.00 at BrightData, and Novada at that size is still priced closer to its small-volume tier.
Worth knowing before you shortlist: several large ISP sellers simply have no Estonian addresses in that product. Novada and BrightData do, and so does Proxy-Cheap, which is why the list here is three names instead of a dozen.
ISP Proxies, $/IP per month
| Provider | Small batch (5-10 IPs) | Medium (20-30 IPs) | Large batch |
|---|---|---|---|
| Proxy-Cheap | $1.99 | $1.99 | $1.99 (1000-1500) |
| BrightData | $4.00 (5 IPs) | $3.00 | $2.50 (1000-1500) |
| Novada | $7.00 (5), $4.40 (10) | - | $2.35 (400-500) |
Below a few hundred addresses Proxy-Cheap is cheaper than the other two at every step, and the flat rate means there is no volume threshold to chase. Novada becomes competitive only in the 400-500 IP range. If you are still deciding between this format and rotating pools, the comparison on our ISP proxies page goes through it in detail.

Dedicated datacenter proxies in Estonia
A dedicated datacenter IP is the cheapest way to get an Estonian address at all. It is hosted in a data center, assigned to you alone, billed per IP per month with no traffic meter, and it is fast because it sits on business-grade uplinks. The trade-off is transparency: anti-bot systems recognise hosting subnets instantly, so anything with serious protection will challenge or block it.
That still leaves plenty of real work. Price and stock monitoring on smaller Estonian shops, uptime and geo checks, internal tooling, bulk requests to APIs and sites that do not run commercial bot protection: all of it runs fine on datacenter IPs at a fraction of residential cost. What it will not do is hold a marketplace account or survive a login flow on a bank portal.
Only 7 sellers in our catalog list Estonia for this type, so the choice is genuinely narrow, and the five below cover most of it. Webshare has the lowest floor at $0.77/IP, but that is the 10000+ tier; at 20-30 addresses it charges $1.33/IP. Proxy-Solutions asks $1.75/IP for 10 and $0.95/IP at 400-500. BrightData runs $2.00/IP at 20-30 and $1.30/IP at 1000-1500. Proxys.io is $2.10/IP for 1-5 addresses and $1.50/IP at 100. IPRoyal is flat at $1.53/IP from a single address up to 10000+.
The practical reading: on small batches IPRoyal is the sane default, because $1.53 for one IP beats $2.10 at Proxys.io and $1.75 at Proxy-Solutions without any commitment. The volume discounts only start paying off around a few hundred addresses. Twenty-five Estonian IPs cost $38.25 a month at IPRoyal's flat rate against $33.25 at Webshare's 20-30 tier and $50.00 at BrightData's; take 500 and Proxy-Solutions drops to $475 while IPRoyal's flat rate would be $765. Below roughly a hundred addresses the flat price wins, above it the tiered sellers do.
Dedicated Datacenter Proxies, $/IP
| Provider | 1-5 IPs | 20-30 IPs | Large batch |
|---|---|---|---|
| Proxys.io | $2.10 | - | $1.50 (100) |
| Webshare | - | $1.33 | $0.77 (10000+) |
| Proxy-Solutions | $1.83 (5) | $1.75 (10) | $0.95 (400-500) |
| BrightData | $2.50 (5) | $2.00 | $1.30 (1000-1500) |
| IPRoyal | $1.53 | $1.53 | $1.53 (10000+) |
Read the table by batch size rather than by the leftmost number: IPRoyal is the cheapest single Estonian IP, Webshare the cheapest at scale, and BrightData is the most expensive at every step shown. Our dedicated datacenter proxies section compares the same product across more sellers if Estonia is not your only country.

Rotation mobile proxies with Estonian carriers
A mobile IP belongs to a cellular operator and is shared by hundreds of real subscribers behind carrier NAT at any moment. Blocking it means blocking those subscribers, so platforms treat mobile addresses with a level of tolerance that residential IPs stopped getting years ago. When an Estonian social account keeps hitting verification on a residential proxy, moving it to a mobile one usually ends the problem.
Billing here is per gigabyte, same as residential, and the pool rotates. Typical jobs: social platforms, mobile app traffic, checking how ads are served to Estonian mobile users, and any target whose web version is protected harder than its app. 16 sellers in the catalog have Estonia in rotating mobile, and the five below span a fivefold price range.
DataImpulse is the cheap end by a wide margin: $1.60/GB pay-as-you-go and $2.00/GB on committed volume, the same $2.00 whether you take 15-20 GB or 700-850 GB. NodeMaven and Relayox both land at $2.75/GB, NodeMaven at 1000 GB and Relayox already at 200 GB. 2extract charges a flat $4.99/GB at every step, from pay-as-you-go to 700-850 GB. BirdProxies starts at $7.56/GB for 3 GB and comes down to $4.86/GB at 100-150 GB.
Fifty gigabytes of Estonian mobile traffic in a month costs $80 at the DataImpulse pay-as-you-go rate and $249.50 at 2extract's flat price. That is the whole argument for testing the cheap option first: the difference over a quarter pays for a second antidetect browser license.
Rotation Mobile Proxies, $/GB
| Provider | Small volume | Medium volume | Large volume |
|---|---|---|---|
| NodeMaven | $5.31 (2 GB) | $3.98 (40-60 GB) | $2.75 (1000 GB) |

| DataImpulse | $1.60 (pay-as-you-go) | $2.00 (15-20 GB) | $2.00 (700-850 GB) |
| 2extract | $4.99 (pay-as-you-go) | $4.99 (40-60 GB) | $4.99 (700-850 GB) |
| BirdProxies | $7.56 (3 GB) | $5.94 (40-60 GB) | $4.86 (100-150 GB) |
DataImpulse is cheapest at every column and is the only one here whose smallest package is also its lowest rate, which is unusual and convenient. NodeMaven and Relayox are the middle ground and only catch up once you commit to hundreds of gigabytes. Our rotating mobile proxies page covers rotation settings and session control for this format.

Dedicated mobile proxies: one Estonian port for yourself
This is a different purchase from the previous section even though the network is the same. You rent a port on a specific modem with an Estonian SIM, you are the only user on it, traffic is normally not metered, and you pay a fixed monthly fee. Prices per gigabyte from the rotating section cannot be carried over here: the unit is a port per month, and comparing $2.75/GB with $26.91/IP is meaningless.
The reason to pay for a port is carrier consistency. An account that logs in from the same Estonian operator every day, with rotation triggered by you rather than by a shared pool, looks like a person with a phone. Shared rotating traffic cannot give that, no matter how clean the pool is. This is the standard setup for account farming, long-lived social profiles and anything where a sudden change of ASN ends the session.
Four sellers carry Estonian dedicated mobile in the catalog. Proxy-Cheap opens at $26.91/IP, MobileProxy at $33.00/IP, Proxy-Solutions at $45.72/IP and Proxys.io at $50.40/IP. All four quote a range rather than a single number, and the upper bound depends on the plan you pick: bandwidth caps, rotation control, dedicated versus shared modem load. Proxy-Cheap tops out at $130.41 and Proxy-Solutions at $195.72, so the entry price tells you where the ladder starts, not what your configuration will cost.
Three ports for a month: $80.73 at the Proxy-Cheap floor against $151.20 at the Proxys.io floor. Promo codes narrow that: CAPROXY gives 5% off a first order at Proxy-Solutions and 20% off a first order at MobileProxy, and at Proxys.io the CAPROXY code applies 5% to static and mobile products.
Dedicated Mobile Proxies, $/IP per month
| Provider | From | Top of range |

| Proxy-Cheap | $26.91 | $130.41 |

| MobileProxy | $33.00 | $169.00 |
| Proxys.io | $50.40 | $352.50 |
Order size does not move these prices: all four charge the same per port at one address as at ten or a hundred, so the only lever is which plan inside the range you need. More sellers of this format are compared on our 4G/5G mobile proxies page.

Rotation datacenter proxies: cheapest Estonian traffic
This format is a hybrid. The addresses are server IPs, same as in the dedicated datacenter section, but you buy traffic instead of a list and the gateway rotates for you. There is nothing to whitelist, nothing to replace when an address burns, and no per-IP invoice growing with your thread count.
It fits the case where you need volume against weakly defended Estonian targets and do not want to manage inventory: bulk page fetches, availability checks, feed pulling, internal monitoring. Where residential proxies are needed for trust, this is not a substitute; where they were only being used out of habit, it costs several times less.
Two sellers in the catalog have Estonia here, and the gap between them is large. DataImpulse charges $0.45/GB pay-as-you-go and $0.50/GB on any committed step from 25-38 GB up to 700-850 GB. Proxy4U asks $2.00/GB at 25-38 GB, $1.50/GB at 700-850 GB and $1.00/GB only at 2000 GB. In other words Proxy4U at its best tier is still double DataImpulse at its worst, and it takes a 2000 GB commitment to get there. On 500 GB a month that is $250 at DataImpulse's committed rate against $750 at the Proxy4U tier covering that volume.
Rotation Datacenter Proxies, $/GB
| Provider | Small volume (25-38 GB) | Medium (700-850 GB) | Large volume |
|---|---|---|---|
| DataImpulse | $0.50 | $0.50 | $0.45 (pay-as-you-go) |
| Proxy4U | $2.00 | $1.50 | $1.00 (2000 GB) |
There is no volume at which Proxy4U becomes the cheaper Estonian option, so pick it for reasons other than price. The broader picture for this product is on our rotating datacenter proxies page.

How to buy Estonian proxies and what to check before paying
Payment methods are the first thing that filters the list for many buyers. Cards are accepted almost everywhere, crypto by most, PayPal by Proxyscrape, Proxy Seller, Proxy-Cheap, Proxy-Solutions and Proxy4U. Two extremes: Relayox takes crypto only, and Webshare takes only cards plus Google Pay and Apple Pay, so it is the wrong choice if you were planning to pay anonymously. Proxy-Cheap and MobileProxy carry the longest lists of regional wallets, and Proxys.io supports SEPA and Revolut, which is convenient for a European entity paying from a business account.
Refund windows differ more than they should. 168 hours at DataImpulse, Proxy4U and Relayox; 72 hours at Proxyscrape; 48 hours at Webshare; 24 hours at Proxy Seller, Novada and BirdProxies; 4 hours at Proxy-Solutions. IPRoyal, BrightData, NodeMaven and MobileProxy have no money-back window at all, which is exactly why you start with the smallest package there rather than a year of traffic.
Trial packages exist and cost almost nothing: $1 for 200MB at Relayox, $3.50 at NodeMaven, $1.99 at Proxy Seller, plus free-tier access at Proxyscrape, Webshare, MobileProxy and Proxy4U. Run your actual Estonian targets through them, not a generic IP-check page.
Two more things before checkout. BrightData applies KYC verification, and without passing it a share of targets stays locked, so factor that into your timeline if you need proxies working today. And the expiry date of purchased traffic varies from seller to seller: confirm how long unused gigabytes stay on the balance before you pay for a large package.
Jurisdiction matters to some buyers and not to others. The operating countries here range across Europe, the US, Hong Kong, Singapore, the UAE, Israel, Belize and Russia; NodeMaven is registered in Estonia itself. If your compliance policy cares about where the operator sits rather than where the IP sits, check that before the price.
Which Estonian proxy to take
For scraping .ee sites and search results at volume, rotating residential is the answer, and the price you should be paying is around $2.20/GB at 70-100 GB a month, not $4.85. For accounts, banking pages and long sessions, take ISP addresses: at $1.99/IP flat the entry cost of a small Estonian fleet is under fifty dollars a month, and rotation would only get in your way.
If your targets have no serious protection, datacenter IPs are several times cheaper than anything residential, and the narrow field of 7 sellers with Estonia is worth working through rather than defaulting to residential out of habit. Take a flat-rate seller for a handful of addresses and a tiered one for hundreds. If you need bulk traffic without an address list, rotating datacenter at $0.45/GB is the cheapest Estonian traffic on this page by a wide margin.
For social platforms and mobile apps, start with rotating mobile at $1.60/GB and move to a dedicated port from $26.91/IP only when the account needs a permanent carrier identity. Whatever type you land on, apply the promo codes before you pay: CAPYRATE35 at NodeMaven, QALCDK_843602 at Proxy Seller, CAPROXY at Proxy-Solutions, MobileProxy, BirdProxies and 2extract, and CAPROXY35 or CAPROXY10 at Proxys.io depending on the product. On a first order they cover the cost of testing several sellers at once.
FAQ
- How much does an Estonian residential gigabyte cost?
- From $1.30/GB at Proxy Seller on the 3000 GB tier. Realistic mid-volume pricing is $2.20/GB at Proxy Seller or Thordata around 70-150 GB, and $2.75/GB at NodeMaven and Relayox. Small packages start at $3.50-4.85/GB.
- What is the difference between ISP and residential proxies, and which should I use for accounts?
- They come from the same consumer providers, but ISP addresses are static and hosted on servers, so they do not rotate and are billed per IP per month. For accounts, banking and government portals and long sessions take ISP: from $1.99/IP at Proxy-Cheap. Rotating residential is for scraping, where a fresh IP per request helps.
- Why are there so few datacenter proxies with Estonian IPs?
- Only 7 sellers in our catalog list Estonia for dedicated datacenter proxies, against 45 for rotating residential. Estonia is a small hosting market, so most providers place their server subnets in larger neighbouring countries. Five of those 7 are compared above.
- Do I actually need mobile proxies for Estonian targets?
- Only if residential IPs already fail. Mobile addresses sit behind carrier NAT and are shared with real subscribers, which platforms tolerate better. Rotating mobile starts at $1.60/GB at DataImpulse, a dedicated Estonian port at $26.91/IP per month at Proxy-Cheap.
- Are there free trials or cheap test packages?
- Relayox sells $1 for 200MB, NodeMaven a $3.50 package, Proxy Seller a $1.99 one. Proxyscrape, Webshare, MobileProxy and Proxy4U have free-tier access. BrightData also offers a trial but requires KYC verification for full target coverage.
- Can I pay with crypto?
- Yes at most sellers here, including Proxy Seller, Proxyscrape, IPRoyal, Proxy-Cheap, NodeMaven, Thordata, Proxy-Solutions, Proxy4U, DataImpulse, Novada, BirdProxies, MobileProxy and Proxys.io. Relayox accepts crypto only. Webshare, 2extract and BrightData do not accept it at all.
- Is there a money-back guarantee?
- DataImpulse, Proxy4U and Relayox give 168 hours; Proxyscrape 72; Webshare 48; Proxy Seller, Novada and BirdProxies 24; Proxy-Solutions 4. IPRoyal, BrightData, NodeMaven and MobileProxy have no refund window, so buy a minimal package there first.
