Our Review
Prices
The rotating residential ladder has five standard packs: 2 GB at $3.00/GB, 5 GB at $1.60, 20 GB at $1.40, 80 GB at $1.00 and 200 GB at $0.72. A separate enterprise tier starts at 400 GB and goes down to $0.66/GB on 1000 GB and $0.58/GB on 3000 GB. Because the traffic does not expire, the bigger pack is a real saving rather than a bet on using it within a month.
Static residential IPs are priced per country, from $3.00 per IP for home broadband addresses in Germany up to $10.00 in the most expensive locations, across 27 countries. Unlimited bandwidth plans start at $1149 for 100 Mbps for 30 days.
What you get
The provider claims a pool of 100M+ residential IPs in 180+ countries, with city-level targeting, rotating or sticky sessions set from 1 to 20 minutes, and access by username and password or by API. HTTP(S) and SOCKS5 are both supported.
Refunds
This is the part to read before paying. Once data transfer has started, Cliproxy does not refund the order. Instead, IPs that do not work are credited back to your balance. Only the first refund on an account can go back to the original payment method, and it carries a fee: $2 for USDT, 3% for Alipay and 5% for cards. Every later refund lands on the balance.
Who it suits
Cliproxy fits buyers who need residential traffic for scraping or market research and want to buy a large pack without watching an expiry date. If you need mobile or datacenter proxies, look elsewhere: Cliproxy does not sell them.
