Rotating mobile proxies cover 195 countries here, which is as wide as the residential network, and very few providers extend a mobile pool that far. If your task is account farming, ad verification or checking mobile-only creatives in markets outside the usual US-UK-Germany triangle, this is a short list of providers you can even ask. The same logic applies to dedicated mobile ports: a private line at $125 per IP per month is a different product from shared rotating traffic, and it exists in Austria, the United Kingdom, the United States and Israel.

The second case is bulk scraping that does not need residential IPs. Datacenter traffic starts to look genuinely cheap at volume: $0.55/GB at 100-150 GB and $0.35/GB at 5000 GB, across 61 countries. For price monitoring on sites that do not fight back hard, that is the right tool, and the rotating datacenter product is where ProxyEmpire is most competitive.
