Rotating residential, static ISP and rotating datacenter proxies over HTTP(S) and SOCKS5. Datacenter from $0.75/GB, free 256 MB trial without a card.

ThunderProxy sells three products from one dashboard: rotating residential and rotating datacenter proxies billed per gigabyte, and static ISP addresses rented per IP. Datacenter traffic goes down to $0.75/GB, the cheapest line in its price list. Every product works over HTTP(S) and SOCKS5. Prices verified in October 2026.

The service has operated since 2023 and is run by Royal Solutions UAB under Lithuanian law. You can test it on a free 256 MB trial without a card, but paid plans are not refundable.

How this test works
Each request opens a new connection through the proxy and goes to ipinfo.io, which reports the exit IP, its country and its network. If that IP has used up ipinfo's limit, the request goes to ipify.org, which reports only the IP. Rotating proxies get 200 requests, static ones 50 — every static IP is also checked once a day.
A request counts as successful if an answer came back within 20 seconds.
Response time is measured from our server in London: compare it between providers, not with other people’s tests.
The datacenter share is a lower bound: we match network names against a list of hosting and cloud companies.
We repeat the test every month while we have access. Results older than 12 months are removed.
In the raw data the last part of every IP is hidden: residential proxies exit through real people’s connections.
Zillow and Reddit are checked with plain requests: both decide by the IP's reputation — Zillow blocks our own datacenter server but lets clean residential IPs through — so the result is about the proxy, not our client. A block page counts as blocked; a page that did not load is not counted. If a site blocks every request of a run, it is scored only if it let proxies in during the last 48 hours. Amazon is not tested: it showed a CAPTCHA to almost every proxy IP and did not tell providers apart.
Anonymity is checked over plain HTTP: we look for headers such as Via or X-Forwarded-For and for our own IP.
Speed: three 2 MB downloads from our site through the proxy, counting only the time the data flows, not the connection setup. Blocklists: FireHOL level 1–3, public lists of IPs seen in attacks and abuse.
Open connection: 3 connections with 10 requests each; the first request of every connection (the one that connects) is not counted.

Who ThunderProxy fits and who should skip it

Official website: https://thunderproxy.com/

ThunderProxy fits the buyer who needs several kinds of proxies in one account and wants to try them before paying. The free 256 MB trial needs no card, every product speaks both HTTP(S) and SOCKS5, and one login and password works across them.

It fits best if a large part of your traffic can go through rotating datacenter addresses. At $1/GB from 50 GB and $0.75/GB at 2 TB, that's where the price list is strongest. Price trackers and bulk scrapers aimed at sites without serious anti-bot protection rarely need anything more.

Skip it if residential traffic is your main cost. At regular prices the residential gigabyte here is among the most expensive in its group, and paid plans can't be refunded, so a wrong guess costs you the whole package.

What it costs in practice

Rotating residential traffic starts at $4.99/GB for a single gigabyte. The discount comes early and then flattens: at 100 GB you pay $3.65/GB, and even 2 TB only brings it to $3.44/GB. Each plan is valid for 30 days, so buy for the month, not for the quarter.

1 GB 4.99$/GB, 3 GB 3.99$/GB, 5-8 GB 3.95$/GB, 10-13 GB 3.85$/GB, 25-38 GB 3.79$/GB, 40-60 GB 3.69$/GB, 100-150 GB 3.65$/GB, 200 GB 3.59$/GB, 500-600 GB 3.55$/GB, 1000 GB 3.49$/GB, 2000 GB 3.44$/GB0364.99$/GB1 GB3.95$/GB5-8 GB3.79$/GB25-38 GB3.65$/GB100-150 GB3.55$/GB500-600 GB3.44$/GB2000 GB

When we checked in October 2026, the site ran a sale with a 50% code on residential plans. We list the regular prices, because sales end and the regular price is what you pay after that.

Rotating datacenter traffic follows the same steps at a much lower level. From 50 GB it costs $1/GB. A month of 100 GB is $100, against $365 for the same volume of residential traffic.

Static ISP addresses are priced per IP, and the price depends on the country and the lease length. A single address costs $2.29 to $4.58. In bulk you pay $1.60 to $3.20 per IP at 1000 addresses, and you can rent for one week up to two months.

Where ThunderProxy wins and loses against competitors

We compare it with five providers that sell rotating residential traffic. Every table uses the same volume steps for everyone, and a dash means the provider has no price at that step.

Rotation Residential Proxies, $/GB

Provider 10-13 GB 100-150 GB 1000 GB
ThunderProxy $3.85 $3.65 $3.49
NodeMaven - $3.75 $2.75
Proxy Seller $2.50 $2.20 $1.45
Proxyscrape $4.75 $3.50-3.75 $2.00
Thordata $1.80 $1.00 $0.73
Geonix $2.20 $1.80 $0.75

At 10-13 GB only Proxyscrape asks more. At 100-150 GB ThunderProxy sits next to NodeMaven and Proxyscrape. At 1000 GB it's the most expensive of the six: $3.49 against $0.75 at Geonix and $0.73 at Thordata.

40-60 GB Thordata 1.5$/GB, 40-60 GB Geonix 2.1$/GB, 40-60 GB Proxy Seller 2.3$/GB, 40-60 GB Proxyscrape 4.25$/GB, 40-60 GB NodeMaven 3.98$/GB, 40-60 GB ThunderProxy 3.69$/GB, 100-150 GB Thordata 1$/GB, 100-150 GB Geonix 1.8$/GB, 100-150 GB Proxy Seller 2.2$/GB, 100-150 GB Proxyscrape 3.5$/GB, 100-150 GB NodeMaven 3.75$/GB, 100-150 GB ThunderProxy 3.65$/GB…02.551.52.12.34.253.983.6940-60 GB11.82.23.53.753.65100-150 GB0.730.751.4522.753.491000 GBThordataGeonixProxy SellerProxyscrapeNodeMavenThunderProxy

The gap grows with volume because ThunderProxy's discount is shallow. From the first to the last step the price falls by about a third, while Thordata's falls almost threefold.

ISP Proxies, $/IP

Provider 1 IP 10 IPs 100 IPs
ThunderProxy $2.29-4.58 $2.22-4.44 $1.95-3.89
NodeMaven $4.99 $4.99 $4.99
Proxy Seller $3.00-3.50 $2.91-3.40 $2.55-2.98
Geonix $2.00-2.70 $1.84-2.48 $1.42-1.92

In ISP addresses ThunderProxy sits in the middle. The low end of its range is below NodeMaven and Proxy Seller at every quantity, and even the high end stays below NodeMaven. Geonix is cheaper than ThunderProxy at both ends of the range, so if static addresses are all you need, start there.

ThunderProxy's range is wide because the price depends on the country. Check the price for your location in the order form before you compare.

What stands behind the price and what a test costs

ThunderProxy states a pool of 30M+ residential IPs. That's the same as NodeMaven, more than Geonix, and well below Proxyscrape and Thordata.

Provider Pool of IPs Trial Refund window Payment
ThunderProxy 30M+ Free No refund Cards, crypto
NodeMaven 30M+ Paid, $3.50 No refund Cards, crypto
Proxy Seller 47M+ No trial 24 hours Cards, crypto, PayPal, Volet

Thordata 100M+ Free Available Cards, crypto, AliPay
Geonix 15M+ Paid, $1.99 Up to 24 hours Cards, crypto, PayPal

The free trial is the one test you get. There's no refund window, so run your real target through those 256 MB before you pay for a plan. If you're comparing several providers on that basis, our list of rotating proxies with a free trial covers the others.

What we know about the company

ThunderProxy has operated since 2023. Its terms of service name Royal Solutions UAB as the operator and Lithuanian law as the governing law. Support answers by email and in a chat on the site, and the provider also runs a Telegram channel.

The provider's own site reports tens of thousands of registered users and a 4.8 aggregated rating. Those are its own figures, so treat the trial as your evidence.

Two scenarios

Scenario one: you scrape product pages from a few marketplaces that don't block datacenter addresses, about 100 GB a month. Rotating datacenter traffic at ThunderProxy costs $100 for that. The same volume of residential traffic would cost $365 here and $220 at Proxy Seller, so the product choice matters more than the provider.

Scenario two: you run ten accounts for multi-accounting and each needs a stable address. Ten ISP proxies at ThunderProxy cost $2.22 to $4.44 per IP depending on the country, $22.20 to $44.40 in total. At Geonix the same ten cost $18.40 to $24.80, at NodeMaven $49.90. ThunderProxy makes sense here if you also need its datacenter or residential traffic in the same account. ISP addresses are available in 20 countries, from the United States and Germany to Japan and Brazil.

Verdict

Take ThunderProxy for rotating datacenter traffic, and when you want residential, datacenter and ISP proxies with SOCKS5 in one account. The free trial lets you check all of them on your target first.

Look elsewhere for residential traffic at volume. At regular prices Thordata, Geonix and Proxy Seller charge far less per gigabyte, and they give you a refund window that ThunderProxy doesn't. For static ISP addresses alone, Geonix is cheaper.
